Course Details

DFTB’s Adolescent course covers key adolescent presentations. We have put together a programme delivered by expert faculty. Sessions include insights on frameworks, adolescent core thinking, and discussions around common clinical challenges; and there will also be live Q&A panels.

This course aims to promote positive compassionate care, provide pragmatic tools for practice, and educate around models of care.

Topics covered include: eating disorders, gender identity, and drug use. This course is aimed at paediatric and emergency medicine trainees, nursing staff, early career consultants, and general practitioners who see adolescents as part of their acute paediatric work.
